Inspect Your Order Promptly
Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and take the appropriate steps to resolve it.

How to Report a Problem
To report an issue, please email us at elev8.wearllc@gmail.com  with the following details:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging, showing the damage or problem

Resolution Options
Once we assess your claim, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement of the damaged or incorrect item

    • A store credit

    • A full or partial refund

    Exceptions & Notes

    • Damage caused by improper care, accidents, or wear and tear is not covered.

    • All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition to be eligible for replacement or return due to damage.

    • Claims made after the 7-day window may not be eligible for resolution.
